  • Orders require up to 24 hours to process.
  • You will receive an SMS with your tracking number within 1 business day after processing.
  • Once processed, orders are delivered:
  • Within 24 hours in Riyadh.
  • Within 3-5 days across the rest of Saudi Arabia.
  • An SMS notification will inform you when the order is ready for pickup.

SAR 25 for orders with a cart value under SAR 200.

الشحن المجاني for orders above SAR 200.

  • Refund of shipping charges is only applicable for faulty or damaged items.
  • Accepting the package from the shipping company confirms it was received sealed and in good condition.
  • Delivery is limited to locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Additional charges may apply for items exceeding 10 kg, based on weight and dimensions.

Payments

Accepted payment methods:

  • One-time online payments via Visa, Mada, MasterCard, AMEX, or Apple Pay (in SAR only).
  • Installments exclusively through Tamara.
  • Payments for a single order cannot combine multiple payment methods.
  • Your payment information is NOT stored on our platform.
