DEXA* is widely recognized as the industry gold standard for measuring body composition. The closer the correlation coefficient is to 1, the more accurate the measurement data. Compared with DEXA, the Xiaomi S400 body composition scale boasts a correlation coefficient of ≥0.93* for key data such as body fat percentage and fat mass, providing more accurate and reliable data.

*Store information for up to 36 family members: each device can be associated with 1 main Xiaomi account. The master account can share the device with 5 Xiaomi accounts using the device sharing feature. *Weighing small objects: Small objects means objects weighing between 0.1 kg and 10 kg. The accuracy of the scale is within 0.1 kg, and the minimum weight is 0.1 kg. For small items weighing ≤5kg, step on the scale to wake it up and place the item on the scale when the display shows 0.0kg. Objects weighing > 5 kg can be placed directly on the scale.
* Battery life 180 days: Battery life data comes from Yunmai laboratory and may vary due to differences in specific products, usage habits and environment during actual use. Please refer to the current terms of use. Testing conditions for this product: The scale was powered by 3 AAA batteries, at 25°C, and was used to take weight measurements 3 times a day for approximately 45 seconds each time. The longest observed battery life was 180 days.
*Key Benchmark Encouragement: "Key Benchmark Achievement" means that your measured weight, body fat and heart rate are within the normal range and a "√" is displayed next to the number. If the values are not within the standard range, they will not be displayed. The body weight reference value is determined based on BMI calculation, and the body fat reference value is determined based on algorithmic calculations. A range of 60–100 beats per minute is considered normal for the heart rate. To determine appropriate body weight and body fat patterns, the scale will identify a unique user before calculating and defining a standard range.
