Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Process:
Where DNA agrees that the products can be returned, if you paid for your products with a credit card, the value of the products will be applied to the same credit card.
2. How to Return:
To return an item, visit our returns page on the website and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you can visit any of our physical stores to return the item in person.
3. Return Time Frame:
Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.
4. Conditions for Refund:
DNA reserves the right to refuse a refund for any products in circumstances where it is clear that the goods have been used (such as, without limitation, having their packaging tampered with or no longer being in original packaging) or where such a refund would be prohibited by law or regulation in any country that could have jurisdiction over that refund.
Items must be in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories and manuals.
Certain items are non-returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect:

5. Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact DNA’s customer service as soon as possible. We strive to process orders immediately, so it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being dispatched.
6. Defective Electronic or Mobile Products:
Any electronic or mobile product found defective must be evaluated by an authorized service center selected by DNA to confirm its condition before an refund is authorized.
7. Unsatisfied with Product Quality:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased, please contact our customer service team. We will be delighted to assist you in replacing the product.
8. Incorrect Product Received:
If you receive an incorrect product, please notify our customer service team immediately. We will send you the correct product right away. You also have the option to visit any of our stores to return the incorrect product or contact us via WhatsApp or live chat.
9. Additional Services:
Once DNA has dispatched products to you, you will not be able to cancel the provision of any additional services carried out by DNA at your request (e.g., gift wrapping). As soon as DNA receives notice of your cancellation of a product, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that product.
10. Pre-order Transactions:
All pre-order transactions done online or in-store are not eligible for refund.
